and the security ORB i have given. This build fits a
27 W x 21 D x 26 M tall foot prints. only 327 prims after you take the rez box back.
Everything is Mod and copy.
No Mod on scripts except the doors.Copy/Mod/No Transfer.

( Note: when rezing this apartment let it take it's time to fully rez be cause of it's size.
All piece will rez but lag may keep them from going into place. Edit the rez box behind the 1st floor tp pad wall all and just move it a tiny bit and all things go into place perfect)

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
