Incorrect Permissions
States modify on the AD/listing but it is indeed no modify. The building is set to copy, no modify, no transfer. Reached out to the creator but I don't believe they are on the platform anymore. Avoid if you intend to change the build at all. Otherwise if you want to use it as is then its great.
