You will receive 4 items:
-A handheld scanner HUD's dispenser

How does this work?
People click on the scanner's dispenser and they get two items attached: a decorative scanner on their pelvis and a scanner HUD. If they click on the HUD they get a text box, they type there the message they want to send; the message is sent in local chat to all the other people wearing a scanner(they must be on the same sim).
The HUD's dispenser has access level options: you can choose between ALL, GROUP or OWNER(ALL by default).
The decor scanner and the scanner HUD gets auto detached once the person leaves the sim or logs out from SL. They can also detach it by using the scanner dispenser's menu.
The scanners have sound, everytime you receive a message you will hear a police scanner sound(10 different random sounds).
The desktop scanner is rezzable and it works on the same way than the scanner HUD except that only the owner can use it.
I included a decorative scanner and a scanner HUD for the owner only, so you dont need to get one from the dispenser.
