This Pontoon Houseboat was designed to be a fun place for you to call home. It comes Fully Furnished, with a customizable furniture rez system. The houseboat and furniture are modifiable, allowing you to change them to suit your taste.

* SCRIPTED MENU - You can control the windows, doors, and access to the boat using a simple menu system.

* WINDOWS - Large, scripted privacy windows give you a 360 degree view, and give your houseboat an open feel. Touching the windows gives you a menu to easily and quickly change the tint (transparency) of either the Inside or Outside of the windows.

* DOORS - All the pontoon houseboat's doors are scripted to open and close by touch, or simply by walking close to them. You can use the menu to restrict door access to: Owner Only, Group, All, or Use List (which uses a note card with a list of names). The door control menu also includes Auto Open, and Auto Close settings.

* FURNITURE - Includes 38 Pieces of Quality low-prim furniture with built in poses: Hot-tub, Dance floor, Fireplace, Dining-room set, Living-room set, Bedroom set with lovemaking pose-ball system, and Bathroom set with working shower, sink, toilet, and bath-tub. Furniture is removable, modifiable, copyable, and usable by anyone.

* ROOMS - This Houseboat has everything you need to make a home: Front Living/Dining Area, Back Bedroom, Bathroom, and Upper Deck Party Area!

Rezzing Your Pontoon Houseboat

* Simply drag the Pontoon Houseboat from your inventory on to the water. Right click to edit the Pontoon Houseboat, and change the Z-position to sea level (usually that's 21.5 m).
