Ponygirl Cart Rental System

Tired of tracking down used ponycarts that have not been returned?
Not enough parking space for all your carts? Want to make some
extra $L with your ponycarts?

The Rent-A-Cart system lets people browse through your carts, then
pick and rez one for free or by paying a rental fee to be set by you.
And when they're done using it, it will derez half an hour after it's
been abandoned.

System works with all PonyPony Carts and can be enhanced to work
with any +copy-ok +mod-ok carts.
