The TDE Ponyvale Estate Carriage House is a small two bay garage with a large upstairs loft. Designed to complement the Ponyvale Estate Chateau or Country Villa, it also works great as a small cottage type home.
It comes with a dark and light wood version and two additional versions with wood flooring on the ground floor instead of the default concrete for a more homey feeling if you want to use both levels as living space.
Lighting is all controllable by area via light switches found throughout.
Windows tint on the exterior via the main light switch.

Wonderful textures, and the downstairs (w/wood floor) can be used as an open-floorplan living space and the upstairs as the bedroom. I've combined it w/the manor and the gazebo/wall set and it's just amazing! All I can say is MORE buildings, please!
