A fantastic harpsichord with wonderful repertoire, you'll feel like you're living in the 1700's

The creators of this harpsichord definitely know the aesthetic sensibilities of harpsichords circa 1700. The two-tiered keyboard, the ornate siding, and the illustration on the inside of the cover are all hallmarks of the best harpsichords available from circa 1680 to 1730, particularly in France. (Sadly many of these harpsichords were destroyed during the French Revolution.) The Port Royal Harpsichord has all attributes of the kind of harpsichord you would expect in a nobleman's house or in a royal court. The repertoire available for the instrument is equally as good, with pieces by Bach, Handel, Scarlatti, and others. All around, worth the money, as you'll have hours of enjoyment at your residence or skybox.
