One of few people who get customer service right on SL;)...Yes this girl got right about my issue and sent me not only a refund but a fixed product!!!,,,NOW..this and the other are in my opinion the best fireplaces on sl! and btw,,GOING BROKE ON HER AWSOME X MAS DECOR SO SHOP AWAY EVERYONE ITS WORTH IT!!;)
