I strive to create poses that look perfect for whatever you use them for, To that end I spend lots of time making sure that hands, arms and feet do not pass through other body parts or clothing (clipping) but as we are all different sizes and clothing can be larger or flowing in some cases things can happen and the look your trying to achieve may be slightly different.
