This pack of 5 copy/mod poses comes with a mod/copy 1prim pose stand which is preloaded with the poses. To add extra poses of your own just drop them into the contents of the pose stand.

Warning: This pose set is made to be worn with rigged mesh wings, such as Europa makes. Some of the poses will look odd with the basic SL avatar. Demo if you're unsure =)
