Posies-A Scoop for you-Rezz

Initially I bought the pose and had some issues with it (couldn't find the included icecream in any folders and the spoon was none transfer so couldn't give it to my kid) - but after I posted a negative review, I was surprised and rather impressed to find that the owner had contacted me inworld, and had resent the pose with a transferrable spoon, and the missing icecream! They were also very apologetic and easy to talk to, so that is a plus! All in all, I have now changed my mind about this product, and am very impressed by it and the customer service I received. 5 stars!
