This tool was designed to help configure and set up my teleporters. Place the tool near where you want to set as a teleport destination. Touch the position helper and select the version of my teleporter you have and then follow the instructions as it walks you through various settings. Once done you will be presented with the settings you will need to copy and paste into the configuration card for your teleporter.
Even if you don't have one of my teleporters you can use uses this tool and select Basic to get the coordinates for a position and the rotation in degrees that your avatar is facing.
