This power wheelchair is the type commonly used by quadriplegics. It includes a working ventilator for those who are unable to breathe on their own (tracheotomy tube and holder included, mod permissions to fit any avatar). This wheelchair is an attachment, not a driveable vehicle.
The wheelchair can be switched off, immobilizing the wearer until it is turned back on. The chair's controls can also be locked (owner access, only other people, or everybody). It also includes optional RLV to keep the wearer in the chair (and unable to teleport if the chair is powered off). As far as I'm aware, this is the only power chair in SL with these features.
The ventilator interacts with the standard Mercy HUDs (patient, diving, or respirator, depending on preference) to provide oxygen, in case of impaired breathing. The helmet/clothing/accessory button on the HUDs will power the chair on and off.
Also included is a joystick-driven version with no ventilator, for less-impaired patients. It can still be controlled from the HUDs.

v1.5 - updated to 4.2 patient HUD (previous versions still work, just uses the name set on the HUD) and added ability to turn float text on/off.

v2.0 - updates the chair to work with the Mercy v5 patient HUD as well as the diving and respirator HUDs.

Amazing power chair with vent!
This is a great product. It makes you sit paralyzed in the chair and provides power WC and ventilator sounds (although the vent rate is too high and cannot currently be adjusted). Use the mouse camera option, listen to the sounds, and move through the world like a vent dependent quadriplegic. ElizaJane provides great customer service and helped this SL newbie work through a few challenges setting this up.
