First off, both horns are not the same; One is plain, the other is loaded as if both were loaded, it would be uncontrollable.
The right horn is fed by a secret gaz mixture. Make sure the pressure gage does not go too high or it will explode ... and your avatar with it.
Check the combustion chamber to make sure it's burning and keep an eye on the temperature gage, if it goes too high, open the green valve to allow the mixture to cool down by circulating in the radiator.
On very cold sunny days, you can switch on the solar panels.

Go to ' Advanced' (Press Ctrl+Alt+D if you don't see it) and then click ' Debug Settings' In the window that opens, type: RenderVolumeLODFactor then Change the setting to 4 & close.
if you have camera restraints disabled (meaning you can cam out much further than normal), you may want to bump this setting up to 8
