Double click on the HUD and it should appear on the top right of your screen. Touch the "Pranayama Bell v2" HUD to start or stop the bell. This version includes 3 bell options. Breathe in diaphragmatically (i.e., "abdominal breathing" ) when you hear the first bell, and out when you hear the second one. Doing so will bring your breathing rate to approximately 3.5, 4, or 5 breaths per minute depending upon the bell you select. Breathing slower helps to calm the body through its effect on the autonomic nervous system.
Before practicing, consult with a physician if you have any medical conditions for which deep breathing might be contraindicated.
