This is a two handed pistol aim from the Precision collection by RD Animations and Poses. The right hand is the primary hand for holding a pistol in. The left may not hold a pistol straight.
This pose does not include an AO or poseball, however, it can be easily added to either. You can set the pose as a stand in your favorite AO with it's own config card. This way you will transition to the stand while standing still and then walk when you move. Also, you can use the pose as a gesture assigning it to a function key or shortcut for quick access.
