This build foot print is 40x60 and fit land 2400 sqm and bigger.
The building is multi-purpose, you can make welcome area, public spot, gallery, club, studio, event holder almost anything that require high roof with large open area.
The Pavilion is full mod you can unlink and mod every single piece of the construction. Including lights at the front :)
Pavilion comes prefab with Rez-Faux.
Once you click rezz button it will build automatically in front of you in a second.
