The minimal landimpact for the wardrobe is 21 prims, the maximal primcount (full display of all items) requires 450 prims.
Since you can choose which items you put on display individually you have full control of your primcount at all times.
If you need to free up some prims, just derezz all displayed items and you're good to go ;)

I made a manual/guide with a list of contents of all the items that are included and what their individual primcount is.
