All windows are fitted with venetian blinds which are operated simply by clicking to open or close. Front door and upper patio doors are lockable and are activated by the enclosed remote control HUD.
The building fits comfortably on a 32x32 metre parcel. (The green grass prim under the Villa is 32x32.)
