A:While I hated to do it a combination of factors has forced me to asking for a small compensation for the viewers. The sim on which they stood has been disbanded and I need to provide a little shop. In addition xStreet plans to start charging for free items to be listed so I felt it the right juncture to begin charging for it.

The total cost is one time for builders is still very small. I hope enough folks feel its worth the investment in this and future gadgets.
