This is a beautiful Kitchen/Dining Room set of furniture. You have here included a mod table, so you can adjust it to your needs (defaulted to my suggested size) that allows for 12 changeable textures (via menu, by owner only). Colors go in a wide variety of wooden textures. The one in the picture above is merely an example. Along with the beautiful table you get 4 beautiful 1 prim (!!) chairs. The chairs allow changing textures via menu by owner only, from the 6 or 12 textures provided depending on the choice.
On top of all that 5 quality looping animations are included.
