I've run into issue where the tattoo layer sometimes doesn't bake down onto the head, I recommend trying to Universal Head Tattoo Layer if it doesn't, that worked for me. I do not know what causes that issue. I am not the creator of the head. Any Issues with the head itself should be brought to the attention of it's creator.
