Prison Tower Block House

This is a well used prison yard block house, suitable for surveillance and singling out prisoners in the yard. This somewhat soiled and over used structure has a couple animation features:
1) Two way ladder to the block house -
- if you 'sit' on the bottom of the ladder you will climb to the top.
- if you 'sit' on the top of the ladder (while standing in the block house) you will climb to the bottom.
2) Block house door with aged creaking sound
The tower height is 16 meters, but it can be resized to suit. This tower is copy / mod, making it easy to fit your project.
