Not full mod!!!!!!!
I have bought several of these items and while you can resize the one for your land, you can not mod the off sim one at all. While I like them I do feel I am throwing money away.

Not brilliant. Not genuinely 'mod' either - try resizing it and see what you get (because it's far too short to block view of large buildings on neighbouring blocks of land). No copy either? Next seller!
