This is your own Private little Oasis with Waterfall, trees, animated waterfall, chairs, sun lounges and towels

PLEASE NOTE: I haven't quite mastered the rezz box yet so please place this item on the ground while in EDIT MODE so it is easier for you to move where you want it. NOT ALL THE PARTS ARE LINKED.

Some parts are linked, some are not. The land impact says 117, however if you play around with linking, you may get the LI to go lower
