Our Private Room Renting System (PRRS) is ideal for businesses that rent rooms by the hour or another short term, such as hotels, etc.
The PRRS prevents unauthorized and/or unpaid access to rooms. It will eject those who did not come via its portal. Payments are accepted either by the portal or in already rented rooms to extend the term. The PRRS monitors rooms usage and keeps a log of the last 50 renters, retrievable on demand by administrators.
It may significantly increase your rooms usage because a rented room is marked occupied and unavailable to other users either for a rental term or for as long as there are renters in the room, whichever comes first. So if renter(s) leave before their time is up, the room is immediately available to other users.
The product box includes one LMRT-C portal (modify, transfer, no copy) and one Private Room Monitor (PRM), with full permissions, rez as many as you need. Click LMRT-C in the related items to buy additional portals.
