This build has several pieces that you can move around to arrange differently if you want. Add palm trees and plants and make it your own! Add animations, there are a lot of possibilities with this build. Have it up on a mountain or in your back yard.
The waterfall and water are animated.
The watchful guard dog makes sure only those you want in can come in.
Notes: I didn't put the sound of a waterfall in, but you can add it. If you buy this and don't have the waterfall sound, IM me for one.
The water is a seperate piece so it can be phantom, (so you sink into it instead of walking on top).

Land Impact = 17 at normal size, but as with all mesh, can change with changing the size.
