This is a really cute little frilled collar with a heart shaped nameplate and an intricate metallic set of fairy wings. It includes the option to have subtle softly glowing dust emitted from the little dangling spirit lantern hanging from the leash-ring. The dust then fans out from the wings, gradually disappearing.
The glow and the dust effect are able to be turned on and off via the HUD.
