Progeny Security Shield - Land/Region Protection Version 6

Some Land and Region owners have concerns with role-play on their land where visitors may be completely unaware that they have become victims of a vampire bite. While it could be argued that "WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF YOU DON'T KNOW", others do not want active vampires around their visitors.

Your visitors and customers can have peace of mind while they visit your Shop or Club and can just enjoy your location with the knowledge they are safe from vampires when the AZ-Security Shield is installed.

With Vampires requiring their fangs to feed, this device is designed to detect them, notify the wearers of your region requirements and to eject them if they do not comply. No need to fill your ban list, just send them on their way if they wear fangs.

The AZ-Security Shield is designed to be placed in a store, club or any land that requires to be free of Progeny or Bloodlines vampires. It has settings for Parcels, Parcel Owners, Group Owned land and full Region.

While intended for land and sim owners, the find and warn functions will work anywhere the owner has privileges to rez an object. For the eject or send home function the Owner MUST have EJECT privileges.

Land, and Region owners can use the AZ-Security Shield to protect their land or region and can set from the full region down to 5 meters when a smaller scan area is to be protected.

When Land is group owned the AZ-Security Shield can be deeded to the group and is managed by the Admin which placed in the settings notecard.

Where the AZ-Security Shield Owner does not own the land but has privileges to rez an object and also EJECT and Send Home privileges, the scan will cover the parcel or region or part of it. (be sure to only scan your land)

The AZ-Security Shield will search for attachment item names that are set by menu or in a notecard and will keep a list of the avatars that are found, warned or ejected.
It will record the NAME, RANGE, TYPE of fangs worn and TIME. *Note - The search can be for any worn object.

The Object is Mod and Copy, the scripts inside cannot be modified.

What it does and Options.

* Scan a region for any attachment worn by an avatar. Will only find attachments by name, does not find huds.
* Scan range 5 metres - full Region.
* Scan Owners Land, Group/Parcel or Region. Must have EJECT and Send Home privileges or be the Land owner.
* IM a WARNING to the wearer that the attachment is not permitted and should be removed. Warning before being ejected. (Default is 20 seconds)
* Record the avatar name, distance, attachment and time in a list.
* Advise the owner of attachments as found via IM if set.
* Send the Owner a list via IM or email.
* IM/Email list length can be set by from 20 - 75.
* Change record time to your time zone.
* Search for two attachment names. (Default is Progeny and Bloodlines)
* Scan action - Find and record, Warn only, Warn and eject, Warn and send home.
* Warning messages for Touch, Warning and Eject.
* Group setting for staff group members to view the found and recorded list via IM.
* Owner can set another as Admin.
* Floating text displays the closest avatars that match the search.
* IM all found matching, avatars and their distance.
* Stop - Menu will disable the scan. Touch will allow re-start.
* To change the sign image drag an image from inventory to the object.
* Sign images changes color to indicate status, grey=Paused or Settings, green=Scanning and nothing found, red=Scanning and found.
* Sign frame changes color to indicate scan action, Warn=darkens, Eject/Send home=dark red

Defaults are pre-set. However over-ride control of settings can be made by Menu selection or placed in a settings notecard.

On rez, first to touch will have owner menu control and show as Admin in menu's. The Owner will still have full menu control.
An Admin can be added to manage the AZ-Security Shield as well as the Owner if required. ( notecard settings)
For group owned land - Deed the AZ-Security Shield to the group, first to touch will have menu Admin control. Avatar Key can be placed in the settings notecard before deeding to designate the Admin.
