Modify means you are able to give your own skins on the avatar: Edit/Edit linked parts/Texture. You are able to use your own shapes too.

Wear (Semi-LQ) items only if you are using a 3rd party viewer or an old version of an official
Second Life viewer. If you are using the latest version of 'Second Life Official Viewer'
then you should wear (LQ) items as they supports more bones you can play off and does
support physics.

Yes she may be a beautiful avatar and looks very much like the pictures but NONE of my clothing items fit her. Also the hair and top she came with do not fit either. I cannot wear shoes as they don't sit properly and even with alphas and shoe bases the feet still poke out. If there are ways to resolve this issue then it would be fine but after researching and asking around I cannot find an answer. In my opinion she is not worth L$50 as I will now have to risk spending more than that on new clothing that probably won't fit anyway.
