the pub is 44 prim, copy and mod
sit scripts are not mod but you can remove and use your own scripts.
Some windows are day light scripted, that means light switches on at SL night and switches off when sun rises
Pub Sound can you put where you want if you like that
If you want to set up more chairs and tables , its 1 prim each
