LEGEND of the PUFF-MELON TREE
A unique plant imported from the outer shores of Ubingua Island, this tree produces 3 large, glowing melons per season, each with white puffs of hair around them. As the melons grow, the rubbery branches gradually get lower to the ground, until the fruit (now a huge seed) is released gently onto the ground and stops glowing. The seed pod then sprouts three new branches and the cycle begins anew. The light cast by the puff-melon tree carries for up to 20m, and casts a gentle, off-white hue over the surrounding garden plants.
