Commercial use in and out of Second Life.
Do not sell or giveaway textures, in whole or part, as is, for free or monetary gain. You are free to create anything using the textures - or add your own elements, that clearly changes the original texture, and do with, the final product, as you wish.
You can use these items outside of Second Life, that includes all virtual works, the internet, in print or any other media forms, as long as you change the original appearance of each texture - changing the dimensions, does not constitute changing original appearance - adding text or elements does change the original appearance.
