Mesh plane has copy+modify permissions

Textures and animation scripts have full permissions.

About land impact:

This mesh wireframe plane comes in two versions, one with only High level of detail, and the other with High and Medium LOD. If sized at 5x5 meters inworld, they have a land impact of 1LI and 2LI for each version respectively.

The version with Medium LOD will preserve most of its grid when look at from afar, as seen in picture above.

Physics shape for mesh plane is a matching flat cube, as seen in picture above.
