[Px] Social Distancing Personal Ring

This is your wearable and tintable social distancing perimeter ring.

Attaches by default to your avatar center so it does not move with standing animations but it follows you when you walk keeping your avatar in the center.

This only stays visible when you are on the ground and it hides itself while you fly, jump, hover, fall or swim.

The perimeter is resizable and comes with a radio of 6 feet (2 meters) as suggested by the World Health Organization to keep a safer distance from potencial contanmiation agents roaming around.

The physics on the perimeter are set to phantom so people you trust can walk past it without stumbling with the permiter shape.
