I have been looking for a nice green land off sim island for a while, and found this at last!
I wasn't sure if it would be really good for our place, but for this price, I just had to try out.
It turned out it is really good. Since this is modifiable, you can move around all objects on the land part and change colours. It is looking really good and I'm happy.
Great for a small parcel
It's very good for a smaller parcel. The textures and such are good and definitely can't beat the price!
