Great Detail and Included Textures
I wanted a well for my Medieval/Victorian home. It didn't need to be scripted, just look good. One wouldn't think that would be hard to find. There are arguably many available even with mesh being a requirement, but I'm picky and a number were either high in LI for what they were, were a bit too weathered, badly textured, or looked like fantasy wishing wells. I found this and it looked perfect. The runner up (which I'm sure would have looked good too) was from the same maker. I bought it, the included example textures are far better than most of the others I saw. The fact it's full perm doesn't even matter. It looks great and I feel the price would have been fair even for a no transfer version.
