Editing Hassle.
If you plan to add your own textures, be warned that ALL the signs are on ONE texture image. So if you want to use these premade, great.. but if you want to add your own textures.. look elsewhere. Well made, but not useful for putting your own textures on the signs unless you want to photoshop a tiny part of the AO to add your own image.
