A very nice product!
Beautiful model, but it scales *really* terribly.
On closer look, this seems to be the issue.

The head is by far the worst culprit.

This mesh could really use some decimation. There's absolutely no reason to have this many tris
Other than that, it's pretty. But don't scale it any larger than waist height or your prims are gunna vanish real fast.
