Great Item and Super Customer Service
I had a few issues with the original version, and this creator reached out to me within minutes of my review. She not only made the item full mod, but she also updated the texture to PBR. You won't find any better service in SL.
Nice detail but windows were not transparent.
I wanted to script this item as a home decoration but it required transparent or semi transparent windows. Textures were given but the mesh texture would behave oddly when modifying for alpha.
