The chair with pillows detached and removed is 2Li. The chair with one pillow is 3Li, and with both pillows is 4Li. The sofa with pillows removed and detached is 3Li. Sofa with one or both pillows is 4Li. So the most land impact for both is 8Li.
The chair seats one av with 13 animations. The sofa seats two with 15 singles and 8 couple's animations. Both also include wearables.
Both have 16 leather, 20 pillow, and 2 wood texture options. Please see the main image for the small chart of available leathers. The woods are one dark and one light, and the pillows can be viewed in-store. They include florals, tropical, mod, geometric, monochromatics, and others.
The item is C/M/NT, but scripts, wearables, and animations are no mod.

I purchased the display that is set up at the store, minus the mirror, because I do not have a spot for the mirror due to a windowed skybox. The textures are very nice and the furniture is well made. I greatly appreciate the in-world store so I am able to test the animations. So many people have animations for furniture that are not fitting. I have wasted so much money buying items I cannot test. The animations for this furniture are very nice. The hanging and standing orb lamps, snail lamp, and Bernada tables make this a nice group.
I also love that the inworld store is in a very familiar sim, Bembecia, from my younger days in SL. I am not sure how to get around in the store. I landed on the rooftop and with the marketplace store open, I typed in area search for what I wanted to test, and from there, in area search I typed sofa, glider, swing, etc... whatever I wanted to see, and I got around in the store in this fashion. There may be a teleporter, but I am so accustomed to using area search and sitting on items to get around, so I did it that way.
