Table and chair only 1 Prim. The shape of both is three-dimensional and done with a love for the details. Look at the base how carefully the shape is done.
To save your valuable prims, I wrote a script, which I put into the chair directly. So the sit-animation you see at the image plays without the need of an extra pose-ball.
They have full permission. This means for you, that you can copy the chair as often as you want. And you can replace the animation if you like.
The table and the chair are full permission. But the sit script and the animation are not.
