This is about as simple as a mesh can be: just two identical triangles facing in opposite directions. You can easily make the same shape with a tapered prim of course but with this mesh you get a proper UV mapping and if you've ever tried to get a sensible texturing on a tapered prim, you'll surely agree that alone is worth the one Linden asking price.
The OPQ plain gable is fully resizeable and retexturable and of course each side can be textured individually. Since the shape is so simple it can be made full LOD which means it will never have any LOD, LI or physics shape issues no matter how big or small you make it. The land impact and weights are the same as a similar prim shape and as low lag as an SL item can possibly be. (The render weight is actually *lower* than the prim equivalent's.)
Unlike most OPQ Builders' Supplies products, the plain gable is only available full perm (with user license - see below).

This item is made from Full LOD Mesh, by far the best material we have in Second Life.
Full LOD Mesh has all the qualities of mesh but unlike regular mesh it never breaks down or changes shape, no matter the viewing distance and the land impact stays the same regardless of size.
Full LOD Mesh only works for relatively simple objects like this, but when it works, it's absolutely perfect!

+Use in Second Life as many modified and unmodified copies as you like for your own personal use and as parts of public and rental builds owned by you or a group where you are one of the owners.
+Keep as many copies as you like in your inventory
+Use it as part of builds you sell or give away as long as the permissions are set to *either* copy or transfer, *not* both.
You do not have permission to
