Queen Victoria

We are very proud to present for your consideration the latest crown jewel of our line; Queen Victoria.

This home is modest but has presence. It was designed by us to be a resto-mod, which means this depicts an old home that has been restored to its former glory, but with modern updates to the kitchen and bathroom.

What remains from the original are things like the four fireplaces and two chandeliers, and even the tile in the bathroom and crown moldings in the dining room. What's new is the modern kitchen and bath.

This is a full kitchen with island. The kitchen cabinets open and close and the drawers open. So too the stove and refrigerator. In the bathroom, the shower has two functioning shower heads, and the faucet handle turns as the water comes on. Shower animations are included. The toilet lid lifts, and when it closes it flushes. The washer and dryer are in this room, behind louvered doors.

All of the windows open and close in every room. The bathroom windows have working louvers for privacy.

What is shown in the interior photographs is included. Nothing is there just for show. On the outside, the trees and hedges are included. On the inside, all of the lighting fixture.

Each fireplace in Queen Victoria function, each with it's own fire.

This home needs to be on a 4096 or larger parcel because of the high LI (prim count). A 64x64m platform is included for use in a skybox, and has been cut out for the basement so it is functional.

Please note the link to the video about positioning and terraforming (if desired) for your home. If you want your home on hard ground but do not want to terraform your land, the Queen Victoria may be lowered right into the ground with no issues.
