This early Australian settler cottage style has 2 bedrooms, breezways above the doors, colonial style front verandah, tint controled windows.
Built using the new convex system you will need 66 prims available to rez the cottage, but once finalized in its position, will only use 43 prims.

I love it....cute and cosy though very small.
the house is just like the ones around where I live and couldn't resist buying it...Wish it was mod though ...thanks
