Quick Full SIM - Residential Ground Version

Some time ago I made this version as sky and today I present the ground version. The project consists of houses (3 types) that can be rented, a meeting area, spa, swimming pool, trees and beach. For those who like a quality product this project is ideal. The good part is that this project will always be in your inventory and you can install it on several islands. The project can be installed in homestead, but there will be a little more than 800 prims left. The ideal would be a FULL Region island. If you choose a Homestead you can remove the high prim materials and replace them with lighter materials.
