Touch the edge of the QuikGate, this will get you the owner only menu:
Network: Changes the network ID. Numbers only. The default is set to 2 which is recommended for the visibility of your gate name on everyone's gates grid wide. This should be changed if you think that network is too crowdy.
Clear Cache: Removes ghosted gates off the menu sooner than 24 hours. If you rezzed a gate that is a newer version, this function will also update all gates that are rezzed in the region with the newer version. To just apply updates without registering a new gate, wear the gate, touch it's edge, and choose Clear Cache.
Update: Update all your gates in the region w/o clearing the cache of the current gate.
Remember to wait for the textbox to show and all the messages >

Also, to ensure all your gates get updated, touch the gate as a normal user, -- Anywhere other than the black strip on the edge -- and choose Region on the dialog to verify all your gates in the region are there first before using the Clear Cache function as an updater.
Anyone can chat /d clear.cache as well to remove ghosted gates.
The rest of the following are the 3 main categories:
Roleplay, Shops, and Social.
Upon choosing a category you will then be presented with a text box to name your gate. To set the texture that is displayed on gates that are opened to your gate, paste it's uuid in the object description of your gate.
Clicking on the gate will present you with the menu for all users to operate the gate.
Region: Shows all the gates present in the current region.
Owner: Shows all gates owned by the same owner as the current gate.
Mine: Shows all gates owned by the person using the menu.
Roleplay, Shops, and Social: Shows all gates in that particular category.
Users can also type /d gatename in chat for easy access to a particular gate.
Local chat on both ends of the gate is relayed through with a 10 meter rage while they are open.
For help with knowing where avatars land relative to the gate based on it's rotation, sit on the gate to see. Much easier :)
You will need to add the kranzworth media products experience to your land to use the gate.

People who use this portal will also need to allow that experience as well.
Gates open on both ends for 2 minutes allowing back and forth travel.
If a landing point is set on the parcel that the arrival gate is on, the arrival gate will attempt to acquire experience permissions again from the arriving avatar and then proceed to sit and unsit them to ensure they end up near the gate.
