Inside the builders kit all of the UV maps and ambient oclussions. Or an alternative option to use a provided link to download a zipped PSD file which contains all of the texture uv maps and textures. Everything is done for you, all you have to do is add your own touch to the already existing textures. I also provide you with all of the finished textures which you are free to use as is.

TV is only 1 prim land impact.
