Touch the tray to get a menu
You can select either a meal or a snack to have on the tray
You can select your choice of drink
And select either a fork or spoon from utensils
Fork & Spoon:
Once these are rezzed on your tray, you can touch it and it will ask you for permission to animate your avatar. Select Yes and the fork/spoon will move into your hand to be used.
Once finished, you can click your tray, click on Manage and then clean up so that you remove all the items at once from the tray.
Changing your Sit pose -
Just click on the side, Back or seat part of the booster to bring up the animation menu. There are 3 poses to choose from!
