RE Old Ship Playhouse - Cartoon Home/Boat
This is a fun little boat playhouse. It has a small house in the middle and little crooked ladder, to get up to where there is a ship’s wheel. The back has 2 little doors, so it can be entered from either side. It also comes with a gangplank, that is not attached, so it can be used on either side or both.
It features custom textures, but is mod so they can be changed and has some crooked windows.
The house has about a 13 x 6 footprint, not including the pole sticking out the front.
Fun for kids and children of all ages and neat in any forest, fantasy or toon town setting. This ship can be used on dry land in a playground or placed on the water on a pond or lake, where kids can play pirates. Also fitting for an old swamp or bayou, with them gators.

What an adorable little boat. :[] At first, it seems like it might be too cramped on the inside that you wouldn't be able to fit much in it, but you can! And it takes up such little space in my mini-swamp that my mini-swamp doesn't look even mini-er. XD
